How can we help you?
– Audit – an initial audit carried out at your premises will identify your current structure and processes followed by a findings report with recommendations. It will be then down to your choice should you wish to implement those recommendations with our help.
Project Work – we can support you with any project work either as an independent HR outsource or as support to your own in-house HR team. Projects may range from equal pay audits, redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers, benchmarking, assisiting recruitment through to induction training, Handbooks, policies and procedures or any other project work that assists you in your organisation.
Operational – assisting with independent investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, absenteeism problems, performance management to name just a few.
Training – classroom led tuition followed by coaching and mentoring for Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and Directors.
We use a variety of tools in our work including engineering tools, psychometric tools, business and motivational models as well as many other well known HR tools utilised in today’s modern workplaces.
